This project was announced yesterday (1231) and within hours I received the first two submissions. I’m a lucky teacher to have such amazing students.

Kudos: Christopher C, fresh back from the frozen Midwest (though how Wisconsin is considered a Midwestern State is beyond me), submitted this apt image for January 2011.

So many of you have begun to explore your illustrative skills that it’s time to open this gallery. Don’t submit until after you’ve enhanced your illustration in Photoshop.

This gallery had to be created because Fadi George keeps cranking out amazing imagery. I couldn’t figure out where to put it so, for now, here’s his own (for now) private gallery. Who’ll be the first to crash Fadi’s private party?

NOTE: Some have. Others are waiting their turn as I try to keep up with all the great art you’re creating. Patience. I’ll get yours up!

These are only works in progress as some of the kids follow their illustrative muse. Since Julia H isn’t all that happy with this image I’ll let her improve it and replace the current image with one she’s more happy with. (Of course she’s moved on to other masterpieces since then and can’t be bothered with this old illustration.
