The Code of Honor has given me the blueprint of how these next six weeks should be going down. I really need to push through and finish strong. I won’t get discouraged by laziness or “creative block” as I have in the past. I’ll be com in to every Saturday school, sans the one before Prom of course. What are my plans beyond the next six weeks? To be honest, my options are plenty, so I’ll just have to see where things take me. Be like water my friend.
Well I’ve been completely wrong about AMP! Since I’ve moved across the room, I’ve actually been working! As much as I miss Treyson Carroll, I feel like I’ve made steps to better express myself through art. I know Skocko will read this with a big grin, cause he was right all along. I’ve lost the Turk to my JD, but as much as I may cry at night, I have actually done work, which I think was the point of this class all along. I’ve been working with the nifty pen tool, truly a wonderful innovation in Adobe Illustrator. I made a Samuel L. Jackson cartoon that I think is pretty dandy, though Skocko has looked at it oddly. I plan to master this pen tool and get my polka-dot belt from the MacDojo! I’d also like to thank Mr. Chan for his wonderful sense of expressing frustration!
This week we discussed AMP, or Autonomy, Mastery, and Purpose. Skocko has trusted us to choose our own direction within the Mac Lab, which may either be a good thing or a bad thing haha. I think the goal is for us to find what we get out of this classroom. I suppose that means I’ll have to show Skocko I’m responsible enough to continue on my pilgrimage to digital enlightenment. My Week 9 post is finally up and running! Thank goodness no more bounties for that at least! From what I remember of week 9, I kinda phoned in that week. Sounds like every week right Skocko?
My plan for the year, or life in general, is not so much to succeed on everything, but to learn as much as I can and enjoy myself. My life goals will be met one by one, and I look forward to every experience I encounter along the way.
TAG should be very simple. Teamwork and a little dedication should be able to go a long way! Good thing I got my buddies around to help me, to what extent I don’t know.
