It is about 5 weeks until the end of the school year and I have to decide what I want to do for the rest of my time in this class. Im choosing to work in C4D and relearn it. I want to further my knowledge in the program and will use tutorials to do so.
This is for the 5 Week Plan.
Gamestar Mechanic Rules: I understand that I must read all the rules before beginning, quest in the order I am told to, and not to skip ahead.
GM Quests: I completed every quest and every challenge except for the last one, I have tried over 20 times and am still unable to beat it. I feel that it is impossible and have no idea how to finish it.
Came back and finished the last bonus quest I needed to finish so I am now 100%.
Here is my game I created.
GM Challenge: I beat the game in about 15 minutes, and replayed it a couple times. The fastest I could get the last level done was about 2-3 minutes. The last part with the square was very difficult but easy once I had it down. It was 8:12 when I started and finished my first run at 8:29.
This the picture I made using the method explained in the ultimate distortion quest. I went through about 30 layers, and the original picture was a building with many glass windows.
I have finally finished my own version of the Cave Quest picture that I had to make from scratch.
This is my Cave Quest copy of Skockos design. I plan on putting my new version on once it is finished.
Hunters and Healers II – My blog is up to date, with no grammatical errors. All my sentences are capitalized and are spelled correctly.
During the last half of my year, I have been AMP to my best advantage. I have enjoyed AMP and have taken advantage of the opportunity I was given. With the time I had from AMP I worked only in Cinema4D. My work ranged from spaceships to fountains. One of my favorite things about it is that you can make your art move.
I don’t believe AMP is for everyone. When I first started using AMP, I was unable to figure out what to do. But after a few weeks I started exploring Cinema4D, before that I was working with Illustrator and Photoshop. Another good thing that came from AMP is I was able to have a friendly competition with my friend. Having the freedom to have a competition allowed me to improve my skill and pushed me to try harder on my work. I like that next year on fridays you have AMP before you earn it fully.
With the lessons I have received from Skocko, I have changed my work ethic. I plan out my work and always try my hardest. It is important to look at was written on the blog and take what he writes to heart. I can’t wait to be in this class next year, I had a great time this year.
I believe that without the code of honor AMP could not work. Without AMP I would not be able to spend the amount of time I do on Cinema 4D. For the past few weeks all I have done is work on mastering Cinema 4D. From creating videos to building fountains, I have been busy perfecting my designs. In the end we all need the Code of Honor to have this class work.
In the past week I’ve worked in Cinema 4D. I can’t wait to start using currency, I think its a great Idea and will be put to good use. I’ve been working on a spaceship but its not finished. Hopefully I can have it completed by the end of the week. This is something I made in Illustrator. Im also working on building a city in Cinema 4D. It is going well, so far I have made 2 buildings so i have a long way to go.
In the past few weeks I have worked with Illustrator and Photoshop. I have watched all the recent tutorials but have mainly worked on logotypes. Over the past few weeks i have been able to work freely on what I wanted to, It seems like it has made a major Improvement in my work. They only problem I had with AMP is when I’m not focused on one thing, I’m usually off task. Other than that, I think that when AMP is put too good use, great things can be accomplished, and I would like to continue using it, but it should only be used a couple days a week.
