Files: The files tween_effects.fla and tween_effects_end.fla are in the fla_files folder.
   
 
   
  step 1: Open tween_effects.fla and select the second keyframe. Select the Transform Tool (Q) and stretch the circle into an oval shape. (Figure A)

  step 2: Select the Move Tool (V) and change the Tint in the Properties Panel. (Figure B)

  step 3: Click on the keyframe and the Properties Panel changes to reflect the Frame options. Set it to rotate Clockwise two times. (Figure C)

  step 4: Command-Return reveals that the oval rotates in the wrong direction and maybe one too many times. (Figure D)

  step 5: Change Rotate to CCW (Counterclockwise) and dial the rotational count back to 1. (Figure E)

  step 7: Select the third keyframe, click on the instance, change the Color from None to Tint, and make your own changes. (Figure G)

step 12: I encourage you to experiment and not to forget earlier lessons like Modifying Lines and Shapes because those techniques work too. Experiment!
