If your index.html page isn't open, open it (via the Site Window of course)

If the image isn't selected, click once on it to make it active

We will be using Point to File (once again) to make the image into a hyperlink

Press F8 to bring the Site Window to the foreground then click and drag to about_this_site.html

As you can see the Properties Panel confirms the link information

Pretty easy, eh?
