Begin by going to Macromedia's Tutorial page

As instructed, preview the file you'll create and download the Macintosh source file

If you are prompted to download the latest version of Stuffit, click Not Now

Before proceeding with Macromedia's tutorial, define a new site in Dreamweaver as shown in this tutorial so Dreamweaver will know what Fireworks is up to.

When you are finished, return to Macromedia's Tutorial page and complete the tutorial.
