This is VERY simple

First, your .swf file must be in your Local Root Folder (your Site Files)

Press F8 (in Dreamweaver) to check

There's mine

 

Click in your Dreamweaver document (establish an insertion point) and then on the Flash button in the Insert Panel

Found in both the Common tab (above) and Media (below)

 

Navigate to your file

 

And there it is:

 

To test your .swf you can click Play in the Properties Panel (with the Flash Object selected)

Or just hit F12 to see it in Internet Explorer

 

Easy, eh?

 

Remember: Name your .fla files (or any other source file, .psd, .png, etc.) correctly and the rest flows from there
