Navigate to File > Export Movie... (Shift-Option-Command-S) and the Export Movie dialog box opens

Click on the pull-down menu and select QuickTime Video

Take a moment to notice your other options as well

The file extension automatically changes to reflect your choice

Give your file a name and put it in the appropriate folder for your Website

Click Save and...

Set the dimensions to fit your needs

Skip the sound for now (we'll cover that next time)

Now you're ready to insert the QuickTime file into Dreamweaver
