The following requirements must be met to receive full credit
Your title page must contain your name, chosen career, and an appropriate graphic element.
Other pages must include:
- Active hyperlinks
to specific information about your career on the Internet:
- Description of your career
- Education requirements
- Employment prospects
- Salary ranges
- Personal
qualities needed to be successful in this career
- Active hyperlinks
to at least three educational institutions that can prepare you for this
career including:
- Home page and of each institution
- Admission requirements (GPA, SAT or ACT)
- Cost to attend (Tuition, Room & Board, Books & Supplies)
- Department home page
- Courses leading to degree, certificate, or credential (list at least 5 core subjects)
- Financial
options (scholarships, financial aid, etc. -- list at least 3)
- Find at least
three jobs in your field advertised on the Internet:
- Description of each job
- Location of company, starting salary, and minimum requirements or experience
- Links to each ad
- Links to each company's home page
As explained in the Career Project Requirements:
- Your presentation must be titled: career_project.ppt
- Your presentation must be saved within the Career Project folder
