Making Your Movie and Uploading to Your Website

This tutorial will teach you how to use iPhoto and iMovie to make your PSA.

1 – Import your images into iPhoto

2 – Import your images into iMovie using the settings shown in this Movie

3 – Rearrange your clips and apply the Ken Burns Effect to some of your clips

4 – Add a title and other informational text

5 – Add Transitions and test your movie

6 – Edit the timing of your clips

7 – Add credits (your sources) by copying and pasting the URLs

8 – Export your movie to your Sites folder as shown (480 x 360)

9 – Create a new HTML page and embed the QuickTime movie as shown

10 – Link to the HTML page containing your movie as shown

11 – To be sure your movie will work correctly, follow this last step before uploading your files. (Sometimes Dreamweaver adds strange code.)

Tip:  Just upload your index.html, psa_01.html, and the movie file to save time when you upload your site.
